Message	i have never had mine twist. given i used the heavy duty liquid nail and plenty of screws in positions to counter act torque/twist (or do you mean bend: my/i for all you engineer types). fwiw i had used them hundreds of times and put them through quite a bit of abuse. the only problem i have is splitting the ends from them getting tossed around so many times.
